Injury Recovery to Performance Specialist
Some clients are signed off to exercise but bring an injury, an illness or pain with them. This gives you the skills to research and work with them, safely, inside your scope, and take them back to performance.
What is an injury course for personal trainers?
Injury Recovery to Performance is a FASTER specialist course for training clients who are cleared to exercise but bring an injury, illness or pain with them. It costs £1,800 paid in full, or £300 deposit and 12 monthly payments of £150, plan total £2,100. You learn to research a client's situation properly, build training that works inside your scope of practice, and progress them from cautious recovery back to full performance.
