What is a pelvic floor and core course for trainers?
Pelvic Floor & Core Specialist teaches what the core and pelvic floor actually do, how they fail, and what genuinely helps when they are compromised by injury, birth, surgery or trauma. It costs £1,800 paid in full, or £300 deposit and 12 monthly payments of £150, plan total £2,100. The industry is full of made-up core training, so this course teaches techniques you could defend to a physio, built from evidence and taught to be used inside your scope of practice. It is aimed at trainers who want to take the clients other trainers cannot. It counts as active learning, and free return access is included for life.
