Ask What They Felt, Then Let The Live Analyser Show What Actually Happened

In short: Today's first post gave the four-step method for working out which muscles an exercise trains, run on a kettlebell swing. Where both things happen together

Does the Live Analyser replace asking the client questions?
No, it sits alongside it. The question gets at what the client noticed; the skeleton overlay gets at what the joint actually did, and a trainer benefits from having both rather than trusting either one alone.
