PT Manager's Terms Sheet Prints Your Terms For A Client In The Room, And It Pairs With Today's Two Posts On Selling By Relationship And Clarifying Roles
From the FASTER syllabus: this article is taught in full in PT Manager, free with any FASTER course →

In short: PT Manager lets a trainer write terms in their own words on Booking settings, starting from a template if they like. Every change creates a new version. A client ticks to agree in their account before a first booking, and PT Manager records the version, the exact text and the time. The Terms sheet page turns the same words into one A4 page in the trainer's branding, with a signature block for a client in the room and a Print or save as PDF button. PT Manager is free with any FASTER course.
A first session needs the agreement written down
Today's two posts cover two early moves with a new client. One is the sales conversation, where relationship selling builds trust over time. The other is Movement Coach step one, clarifying who does what. Both end in the same place: terms that the client has seen and agreed to. PT Manager has a page for that.
What the page does
The trainer writes their terms on Booking settings, in their own words. A starter template gives a place to begin. Each change makes a new version.
The Terms sheet page turns those words into one A4 page in the trainer's branding. It carries a signature block for a client who is in the room, and a Print or save as PDF button. The FASTER mark sits in the foot of the printed page. Nothing is typed on the sheet itself, because the words are edited in one place.
What the client sees
A client signs in and sees the terms of the trainer they train with. Before a first booking they tick to agree in their account. PT Manager keeps the version, the exact text and the time. The client can open the sheet later and read the version and date of their own agreement, or see that they have not agreed yet.
When the trainer changes the terms, the version changes, and the client agrees again.
Why it pairs with today's posts
Level 3 criterion 3.1 names relationship selling, where trust and accountability bring repeat business. Clear terms are part of trust. Movement Coach starts its programme process by clarifying the roles of trainer and client. The terms sheet is where those roles sit in writing.
