Today's Two Posts Both Refuse To Guess, And PT Manager's Programme Builder Remembers The Answer

In short: Today's first post named the exact muscles behind a lateral lunge instead of settling for 'legs and core.' Today's second sorted gym kit by the force it actually applies instead of the name on it. Both are the same habit: working out the specific, correct answer rather than reaching for the vaguer one that's easier to say. PT Manager's programme builder is where that answer gets kept. A block built around a lateral lunge, using a kettlebell doing a momentum job rather than a gravity one, gets saved exactly as it was reasoned out, so the next session with that client starts from the answer instead of the guess.

Two posts, one habit

Naming the gluteus maximus, the quadriceps and the adductor group instead of saying "legs and core" is a small thing. Sorting a kettlebell by whether it's doing a gravity job or a momentum job, instead of just calling it "a kettlebell," is a smaller one still. But they're the same habit, aimed at different jobs: reasoning out the specific, correct answer rather than reaching for the one that's easier to say.

Where PT Manager puts the habit into the product

A trainer who's worked out that a client's lateral lunge needs a kettlebell doing a momentum job, not a gravity one, doesn't want to re-run that reasoning from scratch next Tuesday. PT Manager's programme builder holds the block exactly as it was built, so the answer from today's session opens the next one instead of getting rebuilt from memory, or worse, replaced with whatever's easiest to grab off the rack.

Why the precision matters here too

A programme note that just says "kettlebell work" tells a trainer nothing about why that kettlebell was chosen over a dumbbell, or what job it was doing in that block. One that was built out of the actual force being asked for keeps the reasoning attached to the exercise, so the next session picks up where the last one's thinking left off instead of only where its exercise list did.

Frequently asked

Does the programme builder pick the exercise for a trainer?

No. The four-step method and the tool classification stay the trainer's own reasoning; the builder's job is holding onto the answer once it's been worked out, not doing the working out.

Can a trainer use the programme builder before qualifying?

It opens the moment a trainer signs up with FASTER. Adding real clients to it unlocks once a course is passed.

How does this connect to today's earlier two posts?

The lateral lunge post named exact muscles instead of a vague answer, the kit post classified equipment by force instead of guessing from the name, and PT Manager's programme builder is where a trainer keeps that precision in an actual client's programme rather than starting again from scratch each session.
